FINANCE AND HR ADMINISTRATOR
 

Huntington Primary Academy are seeking to recruit a highly organised, solution focussed and efficient Finance and HR administrator.  The successful applicant will manage our HR paperwork and maintain the finance system along with other financial and HR duties.

 

This role will suit someone with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and an in depth knowledge of finance and office systems. 
 
 

Permanent post, term time only plus 2 weeks.

15 hours per week.   

Grade E, SCP 6-8 (£20,043- £20,852 reduced pro rata).

 

Closing date: Sunday 10 July, 2022 at midnight.

Interview date:   Wednesday 13 July 2022

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
 

Huntington Primary Academy are seeking to recruit a friendly, highly organised and self motivated Administrative Officer.  The successful applicant will manage our hardworking front of house team and be responsible for a range of administrative duties.

 

This role will suit someone flexible, with excellent communication skills, an in depth knowledge of administration and office systems and an ability to prioritise their own workload to ensure deadlines are met. The ability to work quickly and accurately on a wide range of tasks, and to liaise effectively with our whole school community is paramount for this role.

 

Permanent post, term time only plus 1 week.

25 hours per week.   To be worked over 5 days.

Grade F, SCP 8 – 13 (£22,852 - £23,023 reduced pro rata).

TEACHING ASSISTANT
 

Huntington Primary Academy is seeking to recruit a Teaching Assistant from September 2022 to work 1 to 1 with an individual pupil


Huntington Primary Academy is a large, happy and welcoming primary school on the outskirts of the city; we have caring, friendly pupils, a hardworking and dedicated staff team and a supportive local community. We aim for all pupils to be included, thrive and reach their full potential during their learning journey at our school. 


This role will suit someone with experience of working in early years settings and Key Stage 1, with a good knowledge and understanding of how children learn. Experience of working with children with SEND would be desirable. You will join a strong team of teaching assistants and work alongside a committed and flexible staff group who benefit from regular training to upskill and develop practices.

 

Closing date: Tuesday 12 July 22 at midnight.

Interview date: Monday 18 July 2022
 

Grade C SCP 2 - 4 (£18,516 - £19,264 per annum reduced pro-rata).

Fixed Term Contract until 31st August 2023, term time only, 30 hours per week.
